Every song arrives measured and marked

In FindMeta’s shared cloud database, songs come with artist and title data, measured audio features and markers. Link connects them to your own catalogue, and every fix made in the cloud flows into your playout automatically.

Sound familiar?

  • “Every new song means digging up the release year, the writers and the exact version first.
  • “You set mix and intro points by hand, song after song, in the playout system.
  • “You fix a misspelled artist name – and the old one is still sitting in the playout system.

FindMeta: the shared music database and editor

A searchable list and a song page: listen to the track, drag markers into place right on the waveform, and correct any detail from performers to label. Every save goes straight into the shared database.

  • 16 markers in eight groups, on the waveform
  • Play the hook, loop or any marker in one click
  • Known audio files load their data automatically

Link: your catalogue, connected to the cloud

Link shows your playout system’s own catalogue and flags which songs are tied to their cloud record. The Sync button carries pending and cloud-updated songs over into RCS Zetta.

  • Choose what syncs: metadata, markers, audio
  • Songs edited in the cloud sync again on their own
  • No exact match? Pick from a list of candidates

  • Fast search across tens of thousands of songs

Free-text search on artist, title, version and album, status and language filters, sorting by any column. You pick up right where you left off.

  • Status ladder: see what’s done

A seven-step, colour-coded ladder from new to accepted: see at a glance what’s waiting to be processed, what’s incomplete and which songs are done.

  • Measured audio features

After upload, the server measures loudness (LUFS), true peak (dBTP), dynamics and tempo, sets the cut points and tags the song.

  • Online too, with shareable song pages

The same editor runs at findmeta.hu with a login, from anywhere. Every song page has its own link you can share.

How it works

From the cloud to your playout system

  1. 1Find a song in the cloud, or add a new one with its audio
  2. 2Automatic audio analysis and metadata lookup
  3. 3Review the markers and data, then approve
  4. 4Link it to the song in your local catalogue
  5. 5Sync data, markers and audio into RCS Zetta

Your handiwork stays untouched

Processing only fills measured cut points into empty markers – it never overwrites the ones you placed by hand. Accepted songs are locked, and only an admin can change them.

What’s on every song page

  • Artist · title · version
  • Year, album, label, language
  • Performers and writers
  • 16 markers
  • LUFS · dBTP · LRA · BPM
  • Tempo · energy · era

Frequently asked questions

Where does the song data come from?

From the shared FindMeta cloud database. For a new song, the system measures the audio file and looks up the missing metadata; an editor then reviews, corrects and approves it.

What does Link send to RCS Zetta?

You decide per song whether metadata, markers or the audio file go across. The Sync button carries over every pending song and every song changed in the cloud since the last run.

What if a song isn’t in the database?

Add it on the FindMeta page: drop in the audio file, save, and the system measures it, looks up its details and loads the results onto the song page by itself – typically within half a minute to a few minutes.
