Sound familiar?

  • “The regulator’s deadline is tomorrow, and you’re still copying the playout log into a spreadsheet.
  • “Your local-music quota slipped this week – and you only found out after filing.
  • “Every new spot means typing the same regulatory codes by hand.

Statistics: weekly quotas, while there’s still time

Week by week, see whether speech, news, public-service content, domestic music and recent domestic releases meet the regulator’s quotas. Every cell shows the value, the gap and the limit – anything off is highlighted.

  • Full day, daytime band or your own time windows
  • Daily breakdown that flags the weak days
  • Hours with no data don’t skew the ratios

How it works

From air to filing

  1. 1The as-run log arrives from playout on its own
  2. 2Classification rules fill in the regulatory fields
  3. 3Weekly statistics flag any slipping quota
  4. 4Fix the classification or the schedule in time
  5. 5Export to CSV or Excel for the regulator
  6. 6Proof of performance as a PDF for the client

What aired is what gets reported

Reports, statistics and certificates are built from the same as-run log with the same processing. What’s on screen, in the TXT and in the PDF can never differ.

What the weekly statistics track

  • Public service (Media Act §83)
  • Local public affairs
  • News programming
  • Hungarian music
  • Hungarian releases ≤ 5 years
  • Repeats

Frequently asked questions

How does the as-run log get into the regulatory report?

Your playout system’s log comes in automatically on a schedule, or instantly with the Sync button. Pick a period on the History page and export – the CSV imports straight into the regulator’s system (NMHH in Hungary).

Does a new classification rule apply retroactively?

Yes. Reports always use the current rule set, so a new rule also applies to earlier periods. Only the fields you fill in a rule overwrite anything – empty ones leave the item’s own data alone.

What if a content quota isn’t met?

The daily breakdown shows which days drag the ratio down, and History shows those days line by line. Fix wrong codes on the Classification page; if the programming itself is the cause, adjust the schedule for the rest of the week.
