News bulletins that make it to air on time

From story leads to finished bulletins, all on one screen in your browser. Leads arrive on their own and bulletin audio renders itself – leaving you time for the stories themselves.

Newsroom desk: soundbites dragged onto a timeline, with a ticker of news sources feeding in below

Sound familiar?

  • “It’s dawn, and you’re still trawling news sites for something to write up.
  • “Export, edit, copy before every bulletin – with the clock ticking.
  • “Yesterday’s story would still work today – if anyone knew where the audio went.

Rundown: every bulletin of the day on one screen

Available stories on the left, the day’s bulletins in time order on the right. Build them by drag-and-drop, or let auto-fill stock the remaining empty bulletins from each one’s recipe in a single click.

  • Colour-coded fill against the planned length
  • Recipes: how many stories from which tag, in what order
  • Spoken headlines built from story titles, in one click

Hit save – the bulletin is in playout on time

On save, BroAdmin renders the audio for upcoming bulletins and hands it to your playout system – no separate exporting, editing or copying.

  • No separate publish button
  • Weekly recurring bulletin slots, set up once
  • Concurrent edits never silently overwrite each other
Weekly bulletin slots by type, day and planned length
  • Feed: the stories come to you

Connect any RSS or Atom feed. Fresh story leads keep coming in, and one click moves a lead into your stories – or dismisses it.

  • A news script from an article link

Paste a link, and AI drafts a headline and a read-ready script from the article’s facts. You review and adjust – it only becomes a story when you save it.

  • From script to voice in one click

Turn the finished script into audio: standard text-to-speech by default, or natural, AI-based delivery with an ElevenLabs voice. Your own recording works too.

  • Central AI news feeds

Ready-made topical feeds from leading Hungarian news sites: AI sorts the stories, merges duplicate events and writes short, radio-ready summaries.

How it works

From story lead to air

  1. 1Connect sources: your own RSS feeds or the central AI feeds
  2. 2Move story leads over from the Feed in one click
  3. 3Edit the script, then record it or generate the audio
  4. 4Build the rundown by drag-and-drop or auto-fill
  5. 5Save – the bulletin audio renders itself
  6. 6Finished bulletins in your playout system on time

Only what you saved goes to air

AI provides raw material; you make the call. Auto-fill and headlines deliberately aren’t AI – they follow predictable rules – and an expired story can’t slip onto air by accident.

Frequently asked questions

Does AI write our news for us?

No. AI drafts a script from an article link and can voice it with ElevenLabs, but the final text and every decision stay with the editor. AI features are optional and designed never to put the broadcast at risk.

How do bulletins get into the playout system?

When you save the rundown, BroAdmin renders the audio for upcoming bulletins and hands it to your playout system, such as RCS Zetta. There’s no separate export or publish step.

Can I work on the news from home?

Yes. News runs in the browser over the internet, so you can edit stories, build the rundown and save it from anywhere – you don’t need to be at the station.
